For more than ten years, I have been advising property owners and buyers in southwest Mallorca.
My work focuses on strategic property positioning and value-oriented marketing, combined with in-depth local knowledge of the region, its properties and the people involved. Through my international real estate experience with renowned companies such as Kensington Finest Properties, Engel & Völkers and Keller Williams.
I have developed a strong understanding of international markets and client expectations. I present properties in a way that reflects not only their value, but also their character and lifestyle potential. With VELLESTA Mallorca, based in Port Andratx, I offer personal guidance, clear strategies and a considered, individual approach.

Matthias Wüstefeld
As COO of VELLESTA Mallorca, I’m the primary contact for international clients, investors, and strategic real estate projects in Mallorca and beyond.
My 30 years of international leadership experience as a CEO, management consultant, and supervisory board member in Europe, the USA, and Asia enable me to precisely analyze complex situations and approach real estate and investment decisions in a structured and solution-oriented manner.
Combined with legal expertise as a former judge, my strategic perspective is significantly shaped. Furthermore, I’ve over 15 years of experience as an international business mediator, providing valuable skills in negotiations and complex decision-making processes.
At VELLESTA, I leverage all of these strengths to offer comprehensive and strategic support. For our clients, this translates into clarity in complex situations, structured decision-making, and reliable advice – particularly regarding international investments and long-term real estate strategies.
My part is to minimize risks and provide our clients with security – legally, financially, and organizationally.

Without a doubt: Toffee is the boss, the clown, and the heart of VELLESTA Mallorca.
She grew up mostly in Mallorca, discovered the beach early on, and enjoys the Mediterranean lifestyle to the fullest. Since more than eight years, she’s welcoming clients and friends to our office in Port d’Andratx.
Toffee may not sell villas or fincas, but she makes every visit warmer, friendlier, and often a bit funnier. Many clients leave with a smile, saying, “The real star is Toffee, the pug.” And honestly, we couldn’t agree more.
